I. Research
Uppership conducts comprehensive market and competitor research by leveraging advanced analytical tools to get data-driven insights, spiced with the deep understanding of the industry. We analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to develop tailored strategies that drive growth for our partners.
II. Marketing & Sales channels. (Optional)
Once the contract is signed, our sales and marketing team is ready to begin the work. Marketing could get very complex, costly, and ineffective if done poorly. We keep it simple and effective: SM, PR, and Influencers. However, you might have a brilliant in-house team, which is why this step is critical for success, but it’s optional to do it with us.
III. Dispatch
Uppership arranges a cost-effective shipping from you to the US. While your products are en route, we set up your digital warehouse profile, this includes: uploading product information, connecting sales channels, and setting up inventory. Once the products are in the warehouse, everything is labeled, photographed, and measured for accuracy. We’re ready to go live.
IV. Sales
(Drum roll)… Products are in. Marketing strategy and tools are lock and loaded. Anticipation is boiling up. Everything’s been leading up to this point… We receive our first order (Champagne pop)… Onward!
